All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless otherwise specified.

When you submit your order correctly you will receive a confirmation page and a copy of your order will be emailed to the address you provided. If you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us with the details of your order.

Shipping cost is for US Postal Service Media Mail. Other delivery options are available upon request.

Returns and Exchanges

Michael Davis offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

CD Return Policy

CDs purchased from Michael Davis can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. CDs must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Defective CDs will be exchanged for the same CD title only.
